One-on-One Coaching
All coaching sessions focus on what is right in you. Together we explore how you show up in different situations, consider what energises and drains you, and look at how you could intentionally grow and develop your talents into strengths in all areas of your life.
Your focus may be on wellbeing, parenting, workplace relationships, self-development, job satisfaction, or all of the above! It is my hope that the time we have together results in you acquiring skills, knowledge, language and appreciation that allows you to experience success in these areas, and beyond.
Sessions can be in-person and/or remote.
Sessions can take place wherever you are! We will discuss venue prior to our first meeting.
Teams
These sessions help individuals discover how their themes of talent contribute to a team, grow appreciation and respect for the talents of those around them, and encourage on-going strength-based conversations.
Each team will be unique, therefore the content and structure of the sessions will be developed in collaboration with those leading and/or participating in the team.
Parenting
There is no one-size-fits-all or right way to parent your child. The way you parent will be different to the way I parent - and so it should be. We are different, our kids are different, and the way we do ‘family’ will also be different.
But we know that we do our best when we’re doing what we’re best at, and that’s using our strengths to live, love, and parent! And interestingly enough, the same goes for our kids (except for the parenting bit!).
Spending time learning about and appreciating your talents and the talents of your child will create opportunity to

Sessions are designed around what is right for you, your child and your whānau.
Workshops
One-off or workshop series can be delivered on a variety of topics, however all sessions can be tailor-made for each groups interests, focus, or purpose. An example of topics include:
YOU ALREADY ARE - the impact of focusing on what is right in us vs what is wrong in us - a strength-based approach to loving, living, and leading.
BEING WELL - exploring the relationship between identifying our unique strengths and wellbeing.
CliftonStrengths - understanding and embracing our unique talents that have the power to strengthen us, allow us to shine, and bring us together.
PARENTING IN STRENGTH - looking at how our talents influence the way we parent, and our children’s talents influence how they grow and thrive.
