Why Coaching?

“I have learnt so much from my time with Toni. After just a few sessions, I was able to use my strengths in a way that was good for me, and good others which has really enhanced my work and personal life” - Hana

We've all noticed how different we are from others. When we reflect on the things that come naturally to us, that fill our soul, energize us, feel intuitive, make us lose track of time, and contribute to our success, we realize that our list is quite distinct from that of our partner, friend, colleague, child, or boss! Our list is unique to us. It showcases talents that have the power to strengthen us, allow us to shine, and bring us together.

Identifying our talents and exploring our strengths helps us gain a better understanding of who we are, what we have to offer (to ourselves and others), and how to offer it effectively.

So, whether you are seeking personal growth, career clarity, fulfilling relationships, enhanced team cohesion, or a deep sense of well-being, strength coaching might be a great place to start.

Well By Design offers one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshop packages specifically designed to meet the needs of individuals, partnerships, and teams within a home, community, workplace, or school setting.

Coaching sessions are tailored to suit you. Each session will be influenced by what’s important to you right now, the focus you have, your current context, and of course, your talents.

There are a variety of coaching options and packages available. In-person sessions can take place at a time and place we agree will be conducive to great conversation - home, office, beach, cafe!

Well By Design coaching practices are guided by the belief that:

  • We are all born with unique talents that we can intentionally grow into strengths that are good for us and others.

  • We do our best when we are doing what we do best.

  • We were never designed to be all things to all people.

  • When we identify our strengths and the strengths of others, it helps us value and decipher their contribution.

  • We all have weaknesses; these will never turn into strengths, but they can be managed so that they don’t get in the way of our success ….. whatever that might look like for us.

  • We live our lives well when we nurture each area of our wellbeing; physical health, relationships with others and the world around us, our thoughts and emotions, social connections, and sense of belonging.

  • What we think matters. Where our focus and attention goes our energy flows! Significant things happen when our focus is on what we can do.
